About Us

This grand adventure started with a gathering of family and friends celebrating a Holiday and enjoying each others company. What started as an idea and a push to make a dream out of a family legacy has began to bloom and has taken off at a pace that we did not see happening. Our family recipe has been handed down for over 100 years and now the Elizondo’s are sharing that legendary taste with the world. The recipe for their salsa is very simple and it’s one that has to be made with love and an attention to detail to ensure that each batch comes out the same. It begins with the collection of the freshest ingredients followed by the slowest of slow grills to ensure nothing gets charred of burnt beyond and enjoyable crisp flavoring. The rest is done by taste and can only be learned over time. We hope you enjoy our salsa!
